That part where Jack slams the door on Pulitzer had me LOLing for like a minute! He's like "it's too early for this!"

Lucille Irma Pulitzer died of typhoid fever and Katherine Ethel Pulitzer died of pneumonia. Nice.

Another great story! I loved it! Also, because of this story, I researched Nellie Bly and read her article. Such a fascinating article and an amazing woman. So thanks for turning me onto her as well!

Read the whole story twice- it's so good! And a really interesting idea, especially because I can def. see Katherine being inspired by Nelly Bly.

I liked the way Jack and Katherine interacted and understood each other's personal trauma in this story. Plus, they were both so adorable. Jack being all protective for Katherine and Katherine being so determined to save the girls are so natural to their character in the musical. All the feels though!

Honestly, this was a very well-composed story, and I'd love to see more of your Newsies work soon! :D

Excellent conclusion! I especially like the way you wrapped it up at the end. I'm sad this is over, though. This story was actually the first Newsies fan fiction I ever read, and so now, thanks to you, I'm up to my neck in it.

Wow. I can honestly say that I did not see that coming. It's so realistic though. You've done an excellent job with this entire story, and this ending is really perfect. I love how Katherine reacted, because that was so in character for her to want to save everyone. She just wants to fix things. Ugh, I can hardly even put into words how much I love this. It's brilliant. As always.

I don't know what you're talking about. It wasn't choppy at all! This is a cool way to end it, kinda on a cliff hanger and stuff. I read the Nellie Bly article, and this matches it really well. Thank for such a good story, I'm rather sad its done.

I thought this was really good! I liked how it wasn't a Katherine saves the world and everyone gets what they want and is happy ending but it was satisfying. I'm really glad you came back to this story, and don't worry, this was great!
