Oh my stars. I love this AU to bits and pieces. It was immensely refreshing to read a story where Arthur can cook, for starters. I loved how you portrayed his love for all things British and weariness of all things not. This story moved at just the right pace, fast enough to be exciting and slow enough to contain all the feelings and fluff that make a good romance. This is the best Fruk I've read in ages, and the AmeCan was beautiful, too. Thanks for sharing this story!

It's really enjoyable to read. And you've got the characters down pat - they all felt real and natural. Liked the bit where both Francis and Arthur just want their sons to be happy, business rivals or not - it's a thing that I've not seen much of, so this was a refreshing change. Really liked the gradual development of Francis and Arthur's relationship. That bit about how Arthur knew where the mugs and tea were located in Francis's kitchen - truly shows that it wasn't a relationship that happened overnight, and that was nice.

All in all, I like this. And the way you write. I'm looking forward to more of your writing!

Ok, first, I love love love how Alfred and Matthew's relationship didn't move too fast- it felt real, and I love it when fics get that right.

Second, your characterization is spot on! I love how Alfred's not obnoxious, Arthur isn't just a stuffy old man, Francis isn't just a complete flirt/perv, and Matt isn't just this shy shadow. They all felt like actual people and ahhhhhh, so nice 3
