I can't say that I haven't seen this style of writing before, but I always love the stories in which I encounter it. And yes, I love this. ... and I'm sorry. Being the Grammar Nazi that I am, I can't resist from pointing out that in one location, there was a word that was in past tense, instead of present tense. I am curious about exactly what happened to the shop and its inhabitants. *interest piqued* Anyways, thank you for this story.
