Anyway, with how quickly and completely Reuben said his son fell for The Bitch, I'd suspect she was one of V.V. Geass experiment. That is, if anyone had inexplicably fallen under her sway. Body modification in order to better manipulate someone, no matter how much good you intend for them, is far beyond what your Lelouch would accept.
