Whoa yes, now that's a plot twist. Belle was sent there to... take Touko to heaven or something like that at least, but she befriended her instead - I think - and then she decided that one human was worth her entire job and existence, with N coming after her and all, so it must've been some really strong friendship or maybe something else happened. I bet that's also why Touko isn't showing on that strange map thingy. And now N finds himself in the mix, his duty telling her that Touko should, well, die, while he befriended her and has feelings for her. It's definitely an interesting twist, one I didn't see coming but it really fits.
Anyway, thank you for updating, I'm looking forward to the next chapter, and keep writing! !

Okay, okay, whoa... I definitely did not see that one coming. Not at all. Like, seriously, that was really completely out of the blue. It does explain a lot of things, though it also serves to create more questions, like, for example what exactly did Belle do? And why isn't Touko showing on that strange map thingy? Questions of which I'm sure will be answered in due time. Also, since you mentioned it, the tenses didn't annoy me as much as last chapter, so well done :)

Long lemon indeed, and very detailed as well. And Belle keeps warning Touko, which really really makes me wonder what exactly was/is going on between them. And N would just leave... well, boy, I'm not sure if Touko will allow you to leave. One little point of attention is that you switch tenses quite a lot, that's a bit annoying to read.
