I'm so deep in this id love to see more! and I'm big thankful that you took advantage of the fact that canonically gildarts and shanks are like,,,, identical in not only appearance but also personality wise (how? are they so similar?)! this spells so many interesting revelations! i know its a long time off when the whole guild will get to reunite but I'm excited at the opportunities and possibilities of what will happen until then!

You have already written chapters so I doubt this will matter, but this is what I , personally, think you should do. I think they should join them so they can learn about this world and adventure in it. They are probably going to join them in Alabasta (I think that's how you spell it.) SO, i think Gildarts should learn about this world and how the system works too. That way, he 'connects the dots' and sees that the world goverment is like the magic council. Being Fairy Tail, and out of fun, he decides he will become a pirate and search for the others. Word spreads and he becomes famous with a high bounty (obviously.) Anyways, that's how the others heard about a pirate ship name "Fairy Tail" and go searching for each other. The story line depends on how you want to make it. If you decide to have the story line go fast to like a long time later, go for it. It's up to you. I hope you take this suggestion, that it's somehow actually good. Thank you, bye.

This was written so well! I haven’t watched fairy tail in a while, since I was twelve, but this got me right back into it. The characters are just how I remember them, and the one-piece characters too. I love the mystery in it, and the way it flicks between people like the shows used to. It’s always fun trying to guess who’s talking in the newly introduced scenes, it’s great. It has a good flow and no Mary-sue characters which I appreciate, although it irks me that Gildarts can’t just knock everyone out like a tsunami everywhere he turns. I guess it’s supposed to be realistic lmao, so his characterisation is fair. Also shanks in the last part is really funny, and I also like the little jokes sprinkled throughout. Also how (I’m guessing Wendy) immediately admires Law’s appearance is great, like there’s a thousand problems but they’re immediately admiring his face like ‘if Cana was here!’

Sorry, that was a ramble - but yeah, this is great. Made my afternoon, thank you. Almost made me forget that I have an assignment I haven’t started due in three hours.
