I love how much Percy and Frederick managed to cram into a four sentence conversation. That's impeccable writing, right there. In two sentences, Percy managed to convey his disapproval of Frederick's past behavior, his own intention to take care of Annabeth, and even allow for forgiveness and a sense of "let bygones be bygones" (though, plenty of "never forgets" squashed in there, too). Not to mention Frederick's own apologies, regrets, and all got thrown in as well. Just amazing what that little scene conveys in such a short space.

This was adorable. I loved everything about it. The line about how Percy does his worst work when he thinks about it is a new favorite. But I really love what you did with Percy and the Chases. I can't get pictures of Percy playing with the twins out if my head.

I just love all of your stories so much, and this is absolutely perfect. Very sweet with Percy and Annabeth, and really, really accurate, I think, as to how she would feel around her family. I love this.
