I'm sorry I've not reviewed all these amazing chapters. I'm flying through this story - what a lovely way to spend an afternoon after a long day of work! But I would be remiss in not reviewing this one, because I felt the way you captured how Elsie sees Charles, as a man who loves her intensely but who also needs protecting of his own, given by her, comfort that she can offer ... that was worth its weight in gold.
Perfect.

Awwww adorable. I love how they're both so happy. And even though Charles is apprehensive about their discussion, Elsie is right, they can work through anything together. This is a lovely start for their marriage.
