Great story!

When I read AU stories like this, I find myself wishing the eps had ended similarly, but then I remember that if any of these pivotal episodes had ended differently, we wouldn't have had the epicness of Always.

This is a wonderful alternate ending. It was in character and you drew it out perfectly, but I couldn't help feeling a little let down at the end. All that amazing build-up and tension, which you narrated so beautifully, but then it was over in two lines. The way you detailed their foreplay was hot and tasteful and I was all excited for the details on the main event but alas no. Maybe you don't like to, or don't feel comfortable writing those moments and that's a shame because I think you'd totally do it justice.

That was a tasteful way of letting Josh go...and a long awaited comming together of Castle and Kate...Thank You

This was great,finally a proper happy ending.I like the honest and direct wording,and the twist showing his longing with his tears,that was so sweet.
