Okay. Despite what my first impression was of your OC, she has really grown on me. Maybe I was just irked at what I assumed to be the typical OC character intro that an (unfortunately large) amount of OHSHC fics use. Despite the “usual” intro (which is admittedly hard to avoid when the original anime is only 20-some episodes), Hana has become more likable and realistic when it comes to her interactions with the Canon Characters.

Good job! I just wanted to make it clear that while I was kind of indifferent to Hana’s character at the beginning, she has forced her way into my heart and now I’m really rooting for her!

I’m gonna be honest here. Despite your OC giving off strong Mary-Sue vibes (like immediately knowing the perfect thing to say to get on a char’s good side, getting along with EVERYONE right off the bat, and coming off as too-perfect to exist) this story has grabbed my attention.

How has this happened?

Well, friend, I have simply fallen in LOVE with your portrayal of the adorable Honey-senpai. Giving him more depth than we got to see in the anime really fleshes out his character and I love that your Honey shows his mischievous/serious side show through sometimes.

For being your first fic, your ability to play with the pre-existing (canon) characters is admirable because you have so far managed to keep them “in character” while adding your own little flair in there, and I love that!

I absolutely loved this story and it made me fall in love with Honey even more! I really liked all of your oc:s as well and I'm curious to the new relationships that had potential to bloom. Amazing job and I can't wait to read more of your work. Lots of love!
