This is actually terrifying to think about - Stiles subsisting on obsessive love alone. I hate to admit it, but I do feel like it's something he would do, something he would try if such a thing were to happen to Lydia. That realism is incredibly painful... But with that said, this is beautifully done and I hope you continue it in the future!

That ending feels like relief, which just goes to show how anxious you make us all. Seriously though Stiles and Lydia are together and whether they are dead or not doesn't matter to me, that's how bloody desperate I am for them to be together. This was a really clever fic and I love all the mythology shit you came up with, it was really bloody impressive. the Stydia was so sweet and sad and I loved it, thanks for this fic xxx

oh myg od o hmy god that was so much better than I expected it to be, not that I would ever doubt your writing, but you really worried me when you said I wouldn’t like the ending. I think that as long as Stydia is together, whether in death or in life, I will always like the ending at least a little bit. Seriously though, when I sent you that prompt it was sort of just supposed to be an angst-y one shot where Lydia dies and Stiles is depressed (god what is wrong with me) but this was way more interesting and cool and the effort you put into imagining up this whole ritual thing was really appreciated and great and thank you so much. I didn't even realize how little I batted an eye at the blood magic. I was just like, la de da all through that. It's probably more the who than the what that bothers me. Like, I honestly am not that sad that Scott may be dead somewhere. But you kill my parents (or Isaac) and I'm a blubbering mess.

That being said... I love the open ending. Yeah, they're frustrating, but screw it. I like being trusted to pick out my own ending too. At least you didn't split up Stydia. No matter where they've ended up, at least they're together. Scott can go do whatever.

Oooh. I didn't see Scott getting dragged into the ritual whatsoever. I'm now having a serious debate with myself about who the better crazy would be: Crazy Stiles or Crazy Spencer...

I can see this going the completely devastating or semi-ok route. I'm completely braced for devastating at this point.

I'm definitely interested to see what route you took for the "after life" realm (or whatever it ends up being). So many ways to go with that.

Dear god I did not see that ending coming at all. I have a strange feeling that Lydia is alive actually and that’s why you messaged me and told me I wouldn’t like the ending. Aww Scott threatening Stiles to stop being crazy was so cute and depressing and I have mixed feelings ah. I am so impressed with the whole magic thing and wow it sounds so legit and not completely reidiculous and way out there, so great job for creating this spell thing.
