Hey I really loved the story, though was distraught to see that your last update of 5 years ago. I wonder if you will ever get back to finishing it at this point, but I wanted to tell you I enjoyed it thoroughly, and I loved the Narusaku precisely because it was so subtle( would have liked more of it, but this is good too)
I will be following your story in the hope that you feel like finishing it soon. It is such a nice and unique concept and love the way youbare working on developing characters and keeping it real at the same time.

It's a real shame. A shame that I read this and it didn't instantly turn me off or cause me to lose interest and a shame that it seems this will likely go in the wind and be unfinished. Now I know a few authors who come back in a few years and touch back on their stories just for the sake of completing them or getting it done but their initial fire is gone from them. It seems like that happened to you somewhere between chapter 4 and 5. You say you were done with everything, the popularity of the story and even your love for the series this comes from and that I believe spelt the doom for this story. Along with you real life troubles (which I hope are better btw) I'd be shocked to see this be continued.

That in itself is a shame considering the potential this had to be one of the greats. I haven't read too many post war Naruto fics because I believe it went all down hill after the start of the great war. That's just my opinion on the series is that it lost its own way and even though I finished it, I finished it just for the sake of finishing it.

This story however pulls you in since it gives us a new storyline to follow and even seems to touch on all the shit that fans would like to be touched on along with including some new things and even new elements. While still keeping the characters in character or seemingly close to their character while growing them and developing them. And the fact that you were gonna work on Sakura and do something different was refreshing and I was interested to see how you turned this into an N/S fic with it being NaruHina and SasuSaku from the onset. But now it seems like we'll never know and that is a shame.

Ahh well. I'll give this a follow for the hell of it as it was an amazing story and was well written. It actually made me eager to keep reading and see what happens next and I haven't felt that while reading a fic in a long time so thank you for that feeling. Thank you for this great work and hope that against all odds that someday it gets finished with the proper motivations behind it as when you started it. I also hope that if this gets to you that your life gets better too. No one should have to live in a dark cloud and I hope yours passes or has passed already.

Sakura murdered Sasuke. That was beautiful! I've never read or seen anything as beautiful as that. I looked up at the sky one day after the rain and I saw my first rainbow ever. It was a phenomenal moment for me but it wasn't half as phenomenal as this story!

I love NaruSaku a lot but the main problems that plagues this pairing in the fanfictions is the fact that people rush this couple totally villainies Hinata or ooc Sakura to the max. It's nice extremely nice no fantastic to read stories where the characters choose not to head down that path. Thanx for the amazing story and please keep it up.

PS I know I said that I appreciate that you didn't villainies Hinata but that slap she gave sakura for moving up on her man (even though I love narusaku was awesome!

I'm not even sure if you'll ever read this review, but I wanted to let you know...I love this fucking story! It's a breath of fresh air w/ balls. I understand some people will look at this and be like wth is this monstrosity? But I see gravitas, charm, complicated situations, and just LiFE in general.

Life isn't always pleasant, nor is it kind. Unfortunately Sakura has had a stream of constant shitty luck. The grief, anguish, and wrath she expresses is overdue and apt. What I both like and dislike about her character sometimes is how she puts blind faith in people. On one hand she's neurotic, a realist, and talented on a social level. But on another she's full of denial, swallows pain, and is blinded by what she perceives. Sakura is a very humane character.

What makes your work shine is the way you craft your tale w/o regard to cliches, or the same expected standards. This felt real and dirty. People are living and coping w/ choices that cannot be undone. The characters and setting were very immersive. Very easy to get drawn into. The violence is MAGNIFICENT! I can bet you right now there's not another freaking story on where SASUKE get's murdered by SAKURA. /claps/

This is like swimming in uncharted waters and you're dragging people by their hair. People have set standards and don't like change, but please broaden mine. I like reading fanfiction that leaves me seeing a situation, show, or character in a new way. Sakura's daily life and gradual unraveling was masterfully done. Bolt is an asshole, but I can forgive the kid. Naruto is a hypocrite who's blinded by glory and grandeur . Sasuke is...Anyway...Sakura manifestation of utter feminine rage was satisfying and throwing in Zabuza's words were like a poisonous balm. The feeling of gradually being smothered in one's environment was keen. I swear she would've been better off being single...The confrontation at the Hokage monuments was like an eldritch horror. Imagining that whole scene was amazing! Sakura has had enough. Heart shattered beyond repair, trust gone, and nothing but the black fires of grief and rage feed her. Sanity peeling bit by bit, but not quite. She's lucid enough to know better yet too gone for it to matter. W/ her transformation and tone she reminded me of Lilith. Unapologetically vengeful, darkly maternal, and bitter.

I mean, no one has ever really written Sakura as a potential threat. A victim sure, but someone who brings the village to a standstill...HELL NO. It's like the curse of hatred jumped ship. The Uchiha's real and adopted are all fucked. Naruto...he's not exactly innocent either. Knowing what was going on and never informing Sakura was a betrayal. It's like they fail to realize she's not some fragile doll w/ all the misdirection and omissions.
He still flirts w/ her when he can get away w/ it and probably still harbors feelings. He's gonna try to save her soul, because of guilt. The ultimate test would be to see if Naruto could kill Sakura if he had to. His issue's stem from the subconscious. Sure he loves his wife, but w/ Sakura theirs a difference. Hinata probably harbors resentment over Naruto's view of Sakura, and how she'll never really leave his heart. Easier to snap at the other chick (even for a legit reason), than to grill your hubby. All signs pointed to how they should've gotten together, but didn't. (neglected red string of fate) In one of the hospital scene's Naruto and Sakura easily commanded the room, and complemented one another in that scenario. Hinata bowed out w/ just a snap from Naruto.

Overall...I read your author's note and you said you were done w/ N/S possibly. Well I hope not. You are a phenomenal writer w/ a top notch idea. I wish you would see this through and continue. This is so amazing and I'm not sure what would happen next, but this leaves me reeling. It saddens me to think Shikamaru might've met his end at the hands of a zombie head. That's painful. lol

Kiba's death left me teary, because he's such a magnetic character. All of that vitality and brashness gone. That tengu virus is a bitch. It's on the level of resident evils zombie virus. Seriously...I hope Sakura can fight the complete transformation. I'd rather she be in between a horrifyingly beautiful being. lol Konoha I swear creates most of it's own enemies...Sasuke's a corpse, Sakura's fallen, and Naruto is overdue for a breakdown. Excellent!

Writing a beautifully horrifying, well-developed Sakura Haruno - you've reeled me in, hook and line.
Also can I take like two-point-five seconds to compliment your writing style? Clean-cut, fast-paced, no unneeded details and your plot - damn, you get right into it.
