i few comments, questions, and suggestions,

1. please don't pair Heero up with yellow heart, she's mentally like 9 and so is her normal body.

2. i cant wait till heero meets iris heart, the change in personality, being the most extreme of the goddesses will be hilarious along with his expression..

3. can we get a sceane where Noire and Noire fight over heero just for the laughs (or Vert and Vert, or Blanc and Blanc.

4. how badly will Heero preemptively attack Arfore?

5. will Rei be trying for Heero? and if so will they both be, or just 1?

6. will Heero being able to transform fry Mini-histy's mind?

hmm what will happen if adult Neptune see heero?

Nice start for this chapter of this story, should prove interesting how Herro is gonna affect the story line this time around. I wonder if he will be wary of Iris Heart in this story and how their first meeting will go?

Another interesting story to read

I was going to complain that you haven't finished the first yet... but setting in Victory mean my Waif... I mean my favorite Plutia gonna appear so I approve this!

OMG! Another prologue to a new Neptunia game story! WHY! Now I'll want more chapters for this story segment also like the MK2 one that's hanging over all us readers' heads for a while now too!

I have watched the whole story of Neptunia Victory so I'm dying to see how Heero will change/alter some parts of this story! How will he handle the other two Goddesses' in Victory: Plutia/Iris Heart and much later on Peache/Yellow Heart! I can imagine Peache seeing Heero as a "Big Brother" maybe Father/Future Husband figure but when in her adult CPU Form will she copy Neptune's habit of calling Heero her "Lover" also? Let's not also forget Plutia/Iris Heart! Maybe she'll like Heero if he gives her piggyback nap rides on his back or tucks her in bed during her nap times! Then while in CPU form how will she take it when Heero doesn't submit to her demands and presence? OH BOY! I so feel for Heero! Getting the Aspirin ready for that poor fella'!

Can't also wait to see Heero square off against those Seven Sages! Or more importantly Rei Ryights! Wonder if she too will develop a crush on Heero since she's also an ex-goddess also and considering her timid personality she'll see him as some sort of Adonis God and stalk him or something! If anything the Seven Sages would want to try and recruit him badly into their organization; he's a human from a foreign land and a very powerful fighter on par with the goddesses in CPU form, has great potential to be a strong powerful ruler/leader yet instead follows and obeys the goddesses! Probably in the sages' eyes quote "Taking orders like a lap dog"!

I saw someone mention the time flow of the Victory timeline! That's also a good point! Heero could age as the years pass in the Victory world! Unless you make it so he wouldn't age like the other girls and that he comes into something similar like the CPU Disks where if you are compatible to be something like a deity similar to a goddess then you'd stop aging permanently. Besides I thought there was supposed to be a sequel to Gundam Wing/Endless Waltz where Heero and Releena froze themselves in a stasis like mode then woke up years later where everyone they know is much older in age or passed on in life while they are still in their prime youth before sleeping in stasis.

Also from that MK2 teaser what happens to those other Gundam Pilots trying to find Heero's whereabouts? Would they be able to bring Heero back to the real world and also would Heero allow it and want to if the choice falls on him? There are so many ideas to consider for this story! Can't wait to see this one being worked on in the immediate future if the other stories can get finished first! Keep up the good work and hoping for more installments soon! :)

Nice prologue you got there. I'm looking forward to seeing how Heero deals with Plutia/Iris Heart and how 23 years in the Ultradimension will affect him.

Oh God. I wonder of the other dimension will handle him. I want to see his reaction to Iris Heart.

Is this wise? So many stories on you with the main one still not finished. Than again I guess interest shift from time to time and maybe you want to get to a specific point in your story. The hassle is getting there in writing format.
