I've really enjoyed reading this and I hope you come back to this story and write more. I'm especially interested in reading about Draco's teenage fantasies of Hermione ;-)

I very much enjoyed re-reading this story over on this site! Thanks for going to the trouble necessary to make that possible.
AnnaOxford chapter 3 . 8/17/2015
As always with creepy Dramione fics, if Draco wasn't a handsome, rich, intelligent and powerful pureblood; this would be disturbing and scary as hell.
AnnaOxford chapter 2 . 8/17/2015
I don't think Hermione saying sorry all the time is necessary. Or Draco telling her he loves her and calling her my love.
AnnaOxford chapter 1 . 8/17/2015
Crazy Draco,

So this'll be the first kinda negative review for this story, sorry.

I'd first like to say that you do have an excellent writing style. The english is flawless, which is shockingly rare these days - it's really wonderful to find something well-written. :)
And the plotline is quite good, if rushed. You could have extended it out quite a lot, but it's still excellent how you've done it.

My only negative opinion is that the characters' personalities aren't as well-written as they could be - mostly Draco's.
Quite honestly, I found the first few chapters made me feel sick to my stomach because Draco came across as rather unhinged. I was genuinely afraid that this fic might turn into Hermione being stuck in an unhappy and dangerous marriage and losing her virginity through force. I was glad it didn't turn out that way, but it was a legitimate concern of mine, which was only validated by: Draco entering with an uncharacteristic manic grin; forcing their first kiss (esp. an unnecessarily deep kiss); declaring his love for her with no consideration for her opinion of him and how she might interpret it; dragging her to a classroom to consummate their marriage; threatening to drag her out of school; and his lingering consideration of the 'obey your husband' rule. I never truly shook the opinion of him being clinically insane in this fic, although I did mostly overcome the idea of him being dangerous.
Additionally, I'm not convinced he loves her, but is rather in a very deep state of lust (this stems from his very apparent obsession with sex and her body, and his initial complete inconsideration for her feelings).
I'm... not sure you meant to portray him like this at all. This does make for a very detailed and interesting character, but as I doubt you meant to write him as this character in particular, I wanted to offer my advice to review your characters and their actions a bit more critically.

I'm sorry for the negativity, but I feel it's important that every writer get some constructive and critical reviews, on top of all the ones that already express their love for the story. :)

Where are Harry and Ron? Don't get me wrong - this is well-written and I'm enjoying it, but I expected to hear howls of protest from HG's best friends by now. Maybe in another chapter... :)

Normally I really enjoy a Hermione/Draco story. But this is so unlike the Wizarding World created by J. K. Rowling, I feel obligated to point it out. Firstly, the Ministry coming up with such a law is ridiculous. As if there would be time to even think about mingling purebloods and muggleborns that quickly after a war. Secondly, Draco Malfoy as described by J. K. Rowling would never confess he had loved Hermione for Merlin knows how long. That would be the Griffyndor way of handling things. And lastly, in all of J. K. Rowlings books women are treated as equals of men. The women in the Wizarding World can be just as smart and gifted as men (look at Minerva McGonagall, Hermione Grange and Bellatrix Lestrange). Of course, if you really look at it, men might be slightly more prominent (Dumbledore, Grindelwald and Voldemort are seen as some of the most powerful people ever in the Wizarding World). What I am trying to say is that there is no way women would be forced by the Ministry to do what their husbands wanted in the universe created by Rowlings. Other than that I am glad there are people like you out there sharing their creativity with the rest of the world using the written word. Thank you.
