Hey! I really liked this, and its nice to see how Katniss would feel in her POV. I think it would be neat to see her POV as she's telling Peeta about it as well. I love your writing! :)

definitely room for a two shot because it will still be in Katniss's POV and in Mockingjay she talks about when she first felt the baby stir she felt fear as old as life itself (or something along those lines). You don't have to talk about telling Peeta he's a father, because that can be approached in Rise From the Ashes. You should talk about that specific moment in time when Katniss really grasps that she has a child growing inside her and she'll be a mother and the terror she feels right then and there.
