I love this movie! I watch it every time it’s on :)

I remember having to do a project in middle school on the Salem Witch trials. It was the first time I really learned how awful humans can be. I was old enough to understand (although I loved the show Charmed at the time) that magic didn’t exist and that Witchcraft was a practice just like any other religion. Though, most of the condemned weren’t even practitioners, but Christians like their accusers. The irony being that the victims were persecuted for their beliefs just like the origin pilgrims were. The very descendants of whom were now their murderers. A combination of fear, ignorance and mob mentality caused the deaths of at least 20 people in America and even more worldwide. It was a horrific part of history and unfortunately as history is prone to do, we’ve been seeing similar acts across the present world today though on people of another faith.

Every time I get to the end of these one-shots I wish they were a full story! I love how you write Katniss and Peeta in each story
