Wow, this story is just fantastic. I found it a few days ago and gobbled up all 13 chapters. I'm so happy to hear that you'll be sticking with it despite what sounds like a very full life right now. I think it's very cool to focus on a character like Ikki, and her struggle is so poignant. The dynamic between her and Asami is really amazing. Plus Tuyen - so cute! And of course, hearts for the background slow burn between Korra and Asami. Thanks for sharing this, especially since it sounds like it's been an emotional writing process.

As heart warming this chapter is, it does explains that horrendous haircut which is err, an interesting release for Ikki but I can't get over that cover picture! Is great see the sisters got back together again.

I cried. Like large tears with my lips quivering. That's how real my cry was on that beautiful scene with Jinora and Ikki. God, it made me shed tears but my heart was singing in joy. I don't have sisters, but me and brothers are close so this really hit home. This is such a great story. You deserve way more reviews. Also, thank you for putting Suki in here. I wish we could've found out more about her in the series.

One more thing; KORRA GODDAMNIT! WOMAN UP AND TELL ASAMI HOW YOU FEEL!

Honesty the reason why I have not review is that the last couple chapter is so good, there's not much to say, besides they always makes me emotional and near tears.
Anyway its interesting how you play Asami's fears or grief against Tenzin that show's she merely buried her unaired words with her father plus it really brings out an level headed Tenzin once an emotional face appeared out of Asami of all people. Love how emotional ikki and Tenzin's interaction isand later with Asami Tenzin's attempt to bring in healing and closure.
You know that Kiyoshi island's problem with Earth Empire loyalist secondary plot you could easily blow that into action with the North Air temple and empire refugees, it would bring a layer of complexity in Ikki one step forward for her but two step back in terms of causing hostile turmoil.
