Reviews for Codex Entry: Humor in Skyhold
Lyzenzed chapter 2 . 10/27/2015
Argh! My brain is SINGING it! You're a dreadful person (but rollicking writer). I'm glad I chanced upon this work.
Mandimal chapter 5 . 2/2/2015
LMAO! The Mass Effect...you slay me. Nice tie in!
KC Evans chapter 4 . 1/28/2015
Ah, poor Cassandra! I'm no so well versed in the Maker that I thought reading smut would be a grievous sin, but it does make for an interesting inner struggle that we all go through at some point. I loved the tantalizing bits of the story you included (confess, are you really Varric in disguise?!), especially when Marianne takes on the voice of the dwarf. The idea of the rats seemed a little contrived but it moved the story along well enough and I loved picturing Iron Bull bashing the wall without thinking much about it. Besides, the last scene where Cassandra kicked the rat was priceless.

This chapter didn't feel short but I was sorry when it ended. Looking forward to the next installment!
KC Evans chapter 3 . 1/28/2015
I consider Vivienne one of the harder characters to write for since her personality and mine are the complete opposite, and to read something from her POV while in character was a pleasure. I loved her wit and solutions to the troublesome party members and I totally imagined her glee at being able to dress everyone for the ball. I loved the blushing Blackwall (and Josephine! that was hilarious) and Iron Bull's submissiveness to Viv. I think there was definitely enough humor throughout the narrative, and nicely written.
KC Evans chapter 2 . 1/28/2015
I have to admit I'm not a huge fan of Sera but if anyone were to exaggerate over the frustration of hearing the same song over and over again, it would be her. It was a lot of fun following her as she tried to escape the evil clutches of the song and how she's been thwarted at every turn. Towards the end, it did seem a little too overboard about how Sera wanted to turn everyone and everything into a pin cushion, but overall the narrative was well done and I thorough enjoyed it.

I also liked the Inquisitor's solution: "In the meantime, go ... hide somewhere or something."

And that's why he's the Inquisitor and we are not.
KC Evans chapter 1 . 1/28/2015
I have to admit, when I first started reading, I was afraid it was going to be an angsty story but I hung in there with the hope that the narrative would live up to its title name. It most certainly did! I loved how natural the snowball fight progressed from just a handful of people to involving the entire keep. And even better was Cole's reason for doing so. The ending was perfectly executed with the relaxed atmosphere as everyone came together for dinner and all turned on the Inquisitor.

Well-written and a pleasure to read. Looking forward to reading the next few!
Guest chapter 3 . 1/20/2015
This is great. I'm really looking forward to the next chapter.
Patton chapter 3 . 1/19/2015
If you liked that prompt I've got another one you may like Dorian and Sera get into an argument about whether men or women have the best homosexual relationships in and out of the bedroom
Patton chapter 2 . 1/12/2015
This seems like great light hearted tale and I would like to suggest a prompt Viviene is a coinessiuer of fashion so it would be fun to have her try to get everyone ready for the masquerade at Halamshiral she sort of comes off as doting mother hen but also a badass well versed in the language of plots and intrigues as well as having a deadly arcane repitoire
