This was great except some things never got resolved. What was Iruka and Kakashi arguing over? What happened with the Akatsuki? What about Kaguya?Where was Sasuke? Who put him up to it?

okay, honestly, I kinda loved and hated this story. the redemption of Sasuke at the end was rushed and the entire story switches between past and present tense nearly two times every sentence. the grammar is barely functional and it seemed like most of the bigger words were used to make the whole piece seem smarter. but, the plot was actually good. I say you should look back on this piece in a year or so and rewrite it. take out the akastuki altogether since they're not really relevent to the plot, learn to write better descriptions, stay away from the stereotypical "raven haired boy" phrases, and learn to develop your characters better. this is a truly wonderful story, but some of the unrealistic actions and the shifting plot make it hard to read. there's no way a person could survive the kind of beatings you've described for that long, even in the fictional world there need to be limits. but, I really liked what you did with the whole Naruto talking to his inner self/depression bit. it was done rather nicely and was a good prelude to all the bad things that happened. although I was surprised that you chose to try to kill Naruto using pills instead of cutting, it almost seems like you threw away nearly twelve chapters of foreshadowing. all in all I enjoyed this fic, but it seemed to be in the earliest stages of development in terms of plot and actual grammatical structure. keep writing and improving, I can't wait to see what you'll do!

I have nothing but compliments for you. This the first story in a long time that has made me emotional, and I have to admit I even cried in this chapter and I have never cried over a story before. So great job and I love your writing style. Keep writing!

That ending made my feels explode! I enjoyed te story so much and thinks it deserves a Sequal if the almighty author had anymore plot for it. If not I'm fine with this very fluffy ending :)
