I like the story, but I have some things I'd like to point out:

I do believe the word you're looking for is tribunal,
Even places without an Assumption of Innocence have to (at least) go through the motions of a trial, but then again this is a medieval system we're talking about,
A Member of the Council can be shortened to Councilor,
Isn't the Magic Council a department of the Fiorian government, therefore only having Fiore branches?

If you do decide to include his in a update of the chapter that's fine but personally I feel you should leave him with the guild, I don't see too many solo Natsu fics out there so I'd appreciate it.

Good story, but i'm disappointed that there are no more chapters. I was really looking forward to some NatsuXHisui moments when i started reading this fic. If possible please add more chaps.
