I am really enjoying this so far! It's great seeing Mikey and Raph interact, both when Raph's being nice and helping take care of the kittens and when he's trying to tell Mikey "the hard truth" as he sees it. Can't wait to see how you wrap this up! :)

That argument was just , ugh, the feels! I loved it so much, though I have to agree with raph. I have had experience with hope, it will just leave you ever end more broken when you believe that things will turn out right, when it wont. Can't wait for part 2! See ya!

At first I was like aww-ing the whole damn time but then firstly Donnie had to be a meanie *pouts* but that's expected from him. They just got out of New York and Don must feel terrible, having the whole world weighing on his shoulders and all. The poor guy.

But then I started aww-ing again because of the Raph/Mikey fluff and yet again you threw me off. You made me cry with that one sentence. "Sometimes family just leaves, okay?" That's heartbreaking, truly heartbreaking and sad. But the truth as well. And I'm not sure on which side I'm supposed to be right now, Mikey's or Raph's because I'm so sure losing the hope so quick isn't the right thing to do either. *sigh*

Anyways, you should now that this is an awesome thing you've written here. You pulled me through quite some emotions and I like that. Your writing isn't bad either and I liked the descriptions, especially the last paragraph is beautiful. '
