I don't like this outcome. It feels all wrong. Arthur's newfound acceptance of magic is based on a half truth twisted by Morgause to suit her purposes, so it may as well be based on a lie. I prefer the original ending of Arthur being convinced again that magic is evil to him accepting magic based on a twisted half-truth from the lips of a false vision of his mother. Either he has to keep on believing the lie forever or realise eventually that his big turn-around was based on a twisted version of the truth. This can't be what Albion was meant to be built on. And whatever Uther's done, he doesn't deserve to have his son to believe that he intentionally traded Ygraine's life for an heir when it's clear from the episode "Excalibur" that that's not true.

This story is truly beautiful and I hope to see more from this story. I will eagerly await for more or some sign that it is not to be continued, though I hope that is not the case. There is so much potential for this story that I hope doesn't go to waste (no pressure or anything).

This story is beautiful so far, and I wish to read more. I think Merlin might be a little OOC but I like it. I really want to see were this ends.

It's a beautiful story. Like his son, Ygraine had a dear servant with magic.

This is really good so far and I like how the characters are still very much like themselves, and it just seems really good all around so far. Please continue :)
