Man, it’ll be hilarious to see Pien/Nagato chasing people around with the Rinnegan, or watch Sasuke try to out emo Ulquiorra, or have have Kakashi join the UAoWHPB, or Kusajishi proclaim Naruto to her her new best friend “Mr Whiskers” and watch them go on a pranking spree, or Tsunade and Rangiku get drunk together.

Somehow it's the Eleventh causing most of the problems, it seems. I can believe this. I can also imagine that at least certain meetings between other shinigami and ninja are going swimmingly - in particular I'm imagining all of the drinks being dropped in together for a party. Others, not so well, though at least a lot of the (other) ill-tempers involved have some practical degree of restraint.

Honestly this and the one with Zaraki have me wanting the Eleventh to cross the Kunoichi Badass Brigade. There are some terrifying chicks around by the Fourth War. Unfortunately some of the Eleventh will probably find girls that can completely kick their asses even more attractive, though a couple of those girls might like certain individual meat-heads. Hopefully the ability and willingness to castrate them temporarily or permanently will help curb their behavior a little.

Because Vengeance and Sending A Message are part and parcel of their tradecraft.

Lee for one would probably enjoy "sparring" with them, but would also take grave offense to some of their common disparagement and ill-behavior towards others. Which would be bad, for the Eleventh.

That's actually a clever opening move in the Seireitei - they can get away fast, but Akamaru and even Kiba can follow the scent trail quite well enough to catch up before they can remove it sufficiently.
