ahaha I love a good embarassed Matthew ! It was fun to see him struggling with Mary and with his conversation with tom. But the Bransons saved the day !

Too cute - loved their verbal bumbling and embarrassment, and of course the girls just cut to the chase with the issue! And Violet should probably just keep the smelling salts in her bag whenever the Bransons visit!

So good! I really like how Matthew was able to wade through the fear and clumsiness and propriety and all of it, with Tom's help. It was a type of direct response that we never got to see enough of in canon, but was so in character for him. I also love the idea of both M/M and S/T being insatiable with each other - exactly how I picture married life for both of them.

Whoever thought of Matthew/Tom bromance day is a total genius and many thanks to you for adding this wonderful story. We just didn't get enough of their friendship or of Mary's pregnancy, which you so wonderfully wrote about, or Tom and Sybil again brilliantly characterized (loved the "Branson apology")!
