OK, I absolutely loved this. I always enjoy and admire humour fics, mostly because I can't write them myself, but the pacing and dialogue of this piece is just delightful.

Bad Harry! Mucking with someone's mind as a favour to someone else is very very wrong.

The story is funny though, even if it makes me want to tie Harry up without his wand, teach him a few lessons about why such things are wrong, and make sure he can't be Obliviated of them. :P

Wow. That whole 'changing the way the woman thinks as a vague gift to the guy' (not just once, but TWICE - after she refused the first time) thing was super creepy. I think Agent J does it too right? Or something similar. I don't know why that strikes me as so obscenely immoral but forcing someone to decide to start a fitness regime doesn't as much... They both enforce a change against the person's will. Maybe it's easier to believe the overweight person would like to be fit? (But hell, they might not. Maybe they'd rather enjoy life before they die). Hmm.
