Fantastic chapter! Good to see Saal does actually have a softer side. I was a bit worried about Peter in this one- he seemed so sad- but Gamora cheered him up. ;)
So the mining job wasn't a total bust, phew! Now they just have to worry about Korath wanting to kill them...

I really really love this story. It is the best fic of the guardian I've read so far. I'm guessing after almost a year you are no planning on updating or reading any new reviews, but if you do read this, know That there is still people around waiting.
I just love everything about how you built the relationship of the characteres (especially the romance, That was going slow and not That "Hi, Lets make out" thing. I was really excited to see how this story would end... Sadly it didn't.
Again, Please don't give up on it. And thanks for writing until here.

I'm actually glad Saal's still around, and Zoren sounds like a great character too... (Saal with kids though?! Didn't imagine that...) Thanks for updating and finally getting the team out of prison lol. Loved this chapter, can't wait for the next one. :)

Wow. I loved this chapter. It was funny and really well written. I have to say, however, that while this whole story has been rather entertaining with an interesting plot I don't think that you've got the characters quite right. They didn't seem to fit or feel quite like they did in the movie. This chapter has probably been the most spot on for Quill in your story so far and I liked it. I also liked the chapter where Gamora thought that she had killed Quill, it was interesting to read and liked how that worked, but once again, I don't think that the character was quite right for her in that.
What I did like was how Quill and Gamora were both being platonic to start with and are gradually falling in love. It's a much better story than many of the "I can't control my desires anymore!" stories that I've come across.

Never thought Quill's past dalliances could actually prove *useful*! Here's hoping his scheme works and Shiran doesn't turn on them.
(The air on the moon being intoxicating to Terrans explains a lot of Peter's dumb decisions last chapter, and I guess there's no record of that knowledge because Terrans don't normally go there?)

OK, seriously? These guys have the worst luck EVER. Landing on the wrong moon, Peter makes friends with a flesh eating lizard mammal thing (LOL for the shout-out to Captain Marvel, but back in chapter 17, Peter knew what a flerken was so why wasn't he more careful with the randomly appearing 'cat'?) And of top of all that, they get arrested! *SMH* Whatever next?
(I'm probably going to regret asking that.)
