Brilliant story!

This is a really enjoyable story! I know you haven't updated in ages, but I would happily read the next chapter when it is written :)

This is a great story and I hope you continue with it. Thanks for sharing your twist and I hope all is well with you.

Heart wrenching story of lost on different levels for our usual main characters but as well Lydia. But HEA, well written and a nice read. Some characters have much more backbone than in canonand it feels good but as well logical from their life experience.

Just a comment, probably one that I should spare, but It’s just a wonderful plot with a great writer style, that I could not talk about: please, don’t understand this as a personal point for your story or your talent.
It’s just I could not like this kind of Col. Fitzwillian: the one that looks like a clown and jerk with poor and bad teasing; so selfish that could not understand that he could be a support for your cousins.

In same plot he is a sensible and fanny man, I afraid that I like this version more that the Jerk or even JA.
I understand that in general it’s just fit the JA disposition but I think He should deserves a better feature.

I thought this was absolutely brilliant. Loved the way Darcy unfolded their story to Elizabeth and the way you revealed what had happened to them during their marriage.
Like a previous commenter said, this does end of a kind of resolution. Although I realise this is unlikely now, I would love to see more. This is one of the best P&P fics I’ve read. Thank you.

voodoo is not ancient african. there are elements that come from West African spiritualism, but mostly it was practiced by slaves in British colonies to cope with the horribleness of slavery. but like? i’m not sure if it was a character choice to have a bunch of white upperclass british citizens not know that, or if you weren’t aware urself. pls let me know if i’m overstepping my bounds...

Good story. It's a shame it hasn't been finished but at least we have been left at an acceptable pseudo ending.
