I really didn't want to leave two reviews on the same day, but...whatever. It's not the longest story, anyway, so it'll work. Anyways, this was fun to read! Again the funny reactions of Videl to all the DBZ-logic moments were a blast, but I especially enjoyed Gohan. Must be weird writing a fictional character reacting to a fight from 7 years ago, yet you worked it out! He was so emtionally invested in these events and rightfully so, but he was also able to joke about it occasionly, like a normal person would, watching a recording from so long ago. Gohan feels very human to me and I like that.

Part of me kinda wishes Gohan would have delphed in more about the whole time traveling thing and what Cell even is in the first place, but then again...I don't think even Gohan himself knows much about the entire bio-android situation. Still he knows enough to at least mention it and I would have looved to read Videl's reaction after hearing how Gohan kicked Cell so hard, he puked out 18...actually scratch that. That's disgusting. Oh and uh, thanks for writing this of course!

Although some things didn't match the anime, I was able to completely see past it, this was a very good little story! Amazing job!

Well I think this is one of the better 'Videl finds out about the Cell Games' story that I have ever read. Too many times I see people explain it off by saying '...and then Gohan narrated for a couple hours' but you actually had dialogue and reactions in between. I like that a lot.

The dialogue between Gohan and Videl was very fluid and didn't seem out of place. I commend you for that cause I'm sure that must not have been easy to do.

End point: I loved it and keep up the good work.

Well, that was the first piece of DBZ fanfiction I've read and I gotta say, I'm impressed.
Why?
actually proofread your work and know the basics of writing, there weren't horrendous flow issues or terrible sentence structure plaguing your work like most of the stuff on this site. I mean sure, there were 2 or 3 cases where I think you forgot to type out a word but those are minor things, typos really, and they were rare.
2. The characters, you captured and expanded on them beautifully, nuff said.
3. Reactions to anime-nonsense XD. Dealing with BS physics and universe-mechanics that defy logic can be... difficult, but you introduced them smoothly and even used it as a point of humor now and then. Props, Videl's character is always good for that kind of (meta?)reflection and its nice.
4. The story, yes you're re-hashing the events of the Cell-fight, but more than that you were going into the thoughts, emotions, and aftereffects of it, which was interesting and well done.

There! Done with the ego-stroking, now to go see if you wrote anything else about Videl and/or Gohan (proceeds to your author-page).

Awesome. Really enjoyed it and it left me looking forward to your next story. Keep up the great work.

Hate to do this to you, but I feel the need to point out that really, the camera shouldn't have been able to pick up ANY of the fighting, not just Gohan's movements at Super Saiyan 2. Consider that most TV cameras only record at around 30 frames per second, and that fighters were already moving too fast to be seen back during the 21st Budokai, and only got faster as the series progressed. There's really no way that the camera at the Cell Games would have been able to see ANYTHING, unless it was a high speed camera running at something like a million fps.
