The action of Ventress is that of a true Sith when someone is on your way than destroy it.

Its a good story for the most part, but there was definitely things you did that just didn't make sense, and didnt mesh well with the basis you have. Ill start off with the obvious one, adding more people from naruto, that one felt extremely forced into the story. You clearly did it to give more originality to the story, but it actually just made it kind of cliche. You gave no explanation on why earth joined the republic, specially since the world would basically have to make peace first. Then the power leveling, in one chapter hidan and kukuzu are as strong as a jedi master, then in another theyre as strong as grevious, dooku, and ventress combined. You also have, so far anyways, left out the force for the most part in fights. They do actually do that in the movies and shows as well, which is something that will forever grate at my nerves, because when it comes down to it, the force is super overpowered. Using the force, a jedi could theoretically kill or subdue an S rank shining with relative ease. They have no experience with the force, no knowledge on how to counter it, or fight against it. A force choke from dooku could most certainly kill Jaraiya, as he has no way to counter it. And most people would say oh, but he has jutsu, so he could escape, well no not really. Unless he can do sealless jutsu hes screwed, because they can literally just restrain his body until hes dead. There are so many things people completely overlook when it comes to these and it is really dissapointing to see it end up like that. I really hope you dont take this as a flame, because it really isnt, its just me giving my thoughts on the story. As i said in the beginning however, except for the things I stated above, and a few others, its a good story.

It's idiotic that you have hidan attempt rape when it's said he had no desire whatsoever to have sexual relations and I get it's your story but you should have made a fight between them
