I really like this story, so please don't take this the wrong way. I think you really could improve this story some more.
You use different times in one sentance. Try to type things out in word and grammerspellcheck everything.
Maybe even more importantly. You don't have to write a sence from two different views. The difference isn't too different and it feels as if the reader has to read the same chapter two times. Flashbacks are good but try to work them more into the story. Have Law tell his past in his words instead of writing flashbacks ;) Continue soon please

Hello again, I'm going to strangle yahoo for not letting me know you updated, like really guys stop slacking i need my LawLu Stray story from Illumi! Anyway enough about that, thank you very much for the mention and especially the chapter! I see we're still getting glimpses of Law and the little girl that looked like Lamie, I absolutely cant wait to see what happened back then for him to get all shot and stuff.
But Law needs to accept the college thing, I hope he does even if he does grudgingly, like after so much pestering he'll finally give in, but if not he's still got his smarts so yeah, you know what else I cant wait for? Big bro Ace stepping in AH that will be something to look forward to. but no rush if you cant get the chapters out every week, it can get kinda hectic trying to keep up a schedule unless you already have some made in advance.
All in all, great job on this! cant wait for the following chapters! and librarian luffy is just adorable :3

Oh, I think that was painful for Law's part. He just wish to save the girl but still he had to survive or rather he had image to protect. But still guilt eats him so I think this is his downfall from Doflamingo's family. I just hope he is willing to accept Luffy's offer to go to college. From the looks of it, he is quite interested in the medical field, so I just hope that he will become a surgeon one day. However the issue is not only his personal records and educational status, but also his age. But I do believe he is quite a genius himself so he can easily catch up with his studies. Thanks for the update :)

About Law's past, Poor Lawwwww, he had been suffered a lot. He failed to save his sister Lamie and now, he made up his mind to save that little girl even though he knew he would be in danger doing that. So, because of that action, Law ended up being chased by Doffy's henchmen and getting shot by them like in the first chapter? I hope I am right.

I love everything in this chapter.

It's funny when Law is really surprised to hear that Luffy is working. "Who on their right minds would hire Luffy?", hehe, that's great. I think that's the suitable choice of you to make Law see that Luffy is not the typical rich kid.

I will give you some ideas relating to this in my next PM.

The part about Lamie is really sad, it clenches one's heart. I really liked the part where Law thinks he has Luffy all figured out but then Luffy goes and surprises him. I dread for the time any of Doffy's family sees Law again. Looking forward to what'll happen next! :D
