Wow, I only recently came across this. And I really really like the dynamic between those two. I know its a long shot that you are still working on this piece but any chance that you are? Because its really interesting and now that Bonnie is slowly trusting Kai, I am really hooked.

can't wait for update and now I'm starting to feeling that Kai doesn't have to chase Bonnie forever! Bonnie has started chasing him and caring for him. LOVE it.

It might've been harsh but what Kai told Bonnie needed to be said. She needed to understand that these great people, her "friends" wouldn't piss on her if she were on fire...unless they needed something of course. If that wasn't enough to wake her up, I don't know what would.

I sincerely hope Kai is okay. That nightmare was sad and heartbreaking. Bonnie and Kai need each other right now.

Oh my god this turned out angsty pretty fast I love it. i'm with kai all the way tho. Damon is a douche who only uses Bonnie for his selfish reasons and spent his time banging elena instead of trying to get bonnie back who sacrificed herself for him. i hope bonnie realizes this soon. i understand why kai is so angry like bon stop being so blind your so called friends ar the worst!

I really enjoyed Bonnie taking care of Kai. Kai's annoyance at the mere mention of Damon's name from Bonnie was definitely shared by me. Lol. Damon gets too distracted too easily to be Bonnie's hero but Kai is certainly devoted and motivated these days which I can greatly appreciate. I also loved Bonnie wanting to be close to Kai in case he needed her. I just really love these two so much! Thank you for writing for them.

Loved Kai reassuring Bonnie they would get out. That was so sweet. Team Bonkai forever! I was so relieved the the idea of hurting Kai held no appeal for Bonnie! They have come such a long way in such a short amount of time! :) Poor Kai for having to go through all of that pain just to transfer his power to Bonnie.

Thank goodness Kai was there to help distract Bonnie from the anticipation of leaving as they killed time. My heart breaks for Bonnie in her crushing disappointment. I was hoping third time was the charm. But on the bright side...she still has Kai with her so she isn't all alone.

Instead of Kai constantly needing to harm himself to give Bonnie power which she loses the next day, why can't she get the idea to go get Quetsia's rock with her magic in it? If it's really in the cards for them to leave..or not either way she'll have magic.

I'm loving this... The more I read, the more hooked I am... It seems I just can't get enough of this story. It just seems so much more plausible than that tripe we were force feed on TV. You writing of the characters is fantastic... I can almost picture them in my head as I read each chapter. I just hope both Bonnie & Kai have a little more time to bond further before they actually escape. Loving it and can't wait to read more!
