I'm not big on reading first-person fics, but this one was intriguing and I found it on 2 separate communities, so I decided to give it a try. I really liked the narrative - you've pretty much nailed down Gino and his melancholic anger/self-pity that he was probably feeling in between episode 21 and 22. Great job and I'm off to read more of your works!

I don't think anything has upset me more in an anime than when Masaoka died :( the look on Gino's face of pure desperation absolutely killed me! I love this, the following thought process he has and Akane refusing to give up on him (all hail Queen Akane (she came EVERY day that's so cute .)), think it would've been good to have a bit of it in the anime tbh so fics are always welcomed! :)

I enjoyed reading this. The only thing that made me pause, was when Ginoza mentioned the words 'criminally asymptomatic', a phrase that I'm fairly sure only Akane knows about. I could be wrong though, as I haven't watched the first season in awhile.

Really enjoyed this story! Hard to find good stories about Ginoza which is a shame since he's such an interesting character. Felt really let down by the 2nd Season and how little focus his character received considering everything he had lost at the end of the 1st season.
