This was literally too cute for words. I love how your story doesn't vilify Kahmunrah, who we ultimately don't know that much about except for what we saw in Battle of the Smithsonian. In that film, he actually looked more like a spoiled brat, and a slightly hurt, miserable one at that. Obviously he felt he'd been wronged, but the movie didn't elaborate on his past enough. At least it left tantalizing tidbits, eh?

I like how you gave both princes unique personalities, and I hope I'll succeed in doing the same in my story. This excerpt was brief, but powerful. There simply aren't enough of these kinds of tales about Kahmunrah, are there?

Finally, I agree with everyone else who reviewed here: this was beyond adorable. Kittens and Ancient Egypt always win me over! This wasn't the main cute thing about it, though. I LOVE Kahmunrah's reaction to his brother's joy as well as his concern with Ahk's tears. It shows he cared about him at least at some point! For me, this was one of the winning elements of your short story.

O my dear! I must admit that I really addicted to the relation ship between them because they're so cute as brothers, I'm sure that Kah loved his brother til the day he took his trone or something like that xD

But this, this is sooo cute! 3 I can't stand it, actually my cat had babies and now they're playing around and being adorable, I hope you write more like this I loved it 3

Oh jeeze, this was absolutely precious! I had a suspicion that there were going to be kittens inside that basket. Then again, the Egyptians loved their cats.

I absolutely adored this story. Now this type of relationship that they had was absolutely adorable and it was great to see Kahmunrah have a soft and lovable side for his little brother before everything spiraled out of control. Oh and my favorite line: "You're the biggest meany, Kah!" That was just too cute!

I hope you make more stories with these two!
