I know this is probably meant to be just a one shot.. but I definitely would love to read more.

Oh I really love the idea of this story and I do agree, if they didn't fully remember each other, surely they would have the feeling of familiarity or something like deja vu. Very nice read.

To help some of those who commented here before me, the ending of Tracer of Memories has Lightning getting off the train at a somewhat secluded area, shows up as the secret ending in LR (conditions have to be met while playing the game in order to see that), most likely near where Fang and Vanille are livingthey're Lightning's closest friends, especially Fang. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong on this bit but I read somewhere that the folks behind the FF XIII Trilogy asked fans to have an open mind here (which could hint of Lightning pairing up with Fang romantically, becoming video game history's first same-sex couple). I say this because this tale is well written and Vanille's seen as a younger sister to Fang.

I love this. It was very true to what I thing post Lightning Returns should be. I've always loved these two as a pairing. Fang and Vanille, to me seems just as skeevy as Lightning and Serah. It's just...wrong. Well done. Would love to see it continued if you have the intentions for it.

This was nice and cute. I like the idea of vague remembrance, its the feeling I got what would happen to the characters in the New World.

Although on a side note, I noticed you said Lightning was headed to Bodhum. Are you one of those who doesn't believe that the New World is our world? Its not bad if you do, just curious! :D
