A fine ending! I liked the preacher. (Oh, and I'm wondering if Bart's horse with the sickle marking might be the same horse Artie used fairly often on Wild Wild West...)

So glad to see Bart doing so well, and knowing the Mavericks are finally on their way. I loved how Bret and Beau were able to answer Bart's questions before he could even ask, LOL. And I have to agree with that last line; someone is definitely looking out for them, and it's a good thing, too.

Yeah Bart got out! ;) I bet it was good to straddle a horse even if it not for very far. And Dark alley and Mavericks. Haha. No they don't mix well but them seem to keep meeting up. The Pastor better pray for them. ;) if no other reason than them being the Maverick boys.

Thank God! Out and free at last. But I wonder if this latest 'misadventure' will have any lasting effects on the youngest Maverick? Let's hope that he survives as well the next time we see him. Brava on a tale well told!

Yay! Bart's finally out of the hospital! Hopefully he'll listen to the doctor and take it slow for a while. I think their mode of travel was a good choice, and I'm sure Bret and Beau will be keeping a sharp eye on Bart. Looks like Bret even helped change the doctor's mind about Bart's early treatment, which will no doubt help future patients. I sure hope Bart continues to improve, and is soon back to his old self.

The Doc made Bart's day. Haha I love the quip from Beau. I could just picture Bart smiling from that. ;-)

I think stubborn is an understatement! Glad to see Bart's doing so much better, but I think he needs to stop pushing himself so hard. Then again, I certainly can't blame him for wanting out. Not sure if he'll be ready to leave when he thinks he will be; guess we'll have to wait and see.
