On one level I enjoyed this story. On another, Tony's behavior here bothers me. Steve didn't deserve to be treated this way. Especially when he'd gone to such lengths and worry about Tony. And he shouldn't have to ask Tony for the privilege of a chance to prove himself to Tony. Tony's behavior here strikes me as childish, narcissistic, insulting, and ungrateful.

I really enjoyed this, love the bromance. The action was good, the little twist in the end was nice. Poor Tony, I totally know what he is going through so I sympathized. Really really good. The only thing I have issue with is not knowing who was trying to kill Tony, maybe a sequel? Haha, jk. Loved it.

This is amazing! One of the few Tony-whump fics that put Tony and Cap together, with just enough bromance and the right amount of drama. The fragility of Tony Stark portrayed here is so believable and I enjoyed the conversations he had with Cap. Thank you for sharing!

I really loved this story. It was full of action, plus, Steve and Tony, my two favorites. I'm curious as of who poisoned Tony or why they were being chased, so sequel maybe? It was a very good story and I enjoyed it. The only thing I wish was that more of the team showed up. However, this was an excellent story and your writing was brilliant.
