Brilliant! I especially love The part where Dean gives Sam the laptop and cash, because that is so Dean.

Wow. This is such an awesome and creative look at Sam and Dean over the years. The brotherly banter and interactions were spot on and funny, and I loved your choice of moments to focus on. There were so many lines that had me grinning, but this also went some serious places and handled those just as well (case in point section 6, where Dean's in hell, which was funny even as it was crushing and sad). Also, I love Dean always giving Sam a hard time about his girly coffee, even as he thoughtfully buys it for him. And your ending! I think it's the least sad ending I have ever seen that involved the brothers dying, and it's such a funny and interesting idea. I think of all the sections, swerving the coyote and Dean and Cas in the car with Sam withdrawing are my favorite, but when I looked back I kept thinking, oh yeah, I loved this part too. Amazing work!

This fic is absolutely amazing! I think you've spoiled me forever for the show's finale (hopefully many years from now!) You just get these guys completely-they'd never be happy without each other, soulmates as they are.

I also especially loved the chapter with the coyote in the road and Dean spilling coffee everywhere at his sudden stop. And of course the soccer mom arm. I imagine Sam's been saved by that all his life. That one had me LOL-ing.

You tied everything together brilliantly with the coffee! Really an ingenious way to portray different stages in the boys' lives.

The only chapter I wasn't really able to agree with 100%-that is, I didn't agree with it wholly-was 3, with Dean telling Sam he meant the "That should be you up there" line after Charlie's death. Nothing could ever convince me real-Dean (and not possessed Dean or MoC Dean) would ever speak to Sam like that, deliberately hurtful and cruel. That's not Dean.

Overall, tho, I'd vote for you being part of the show's writing staff. You are very talented and I love your style. I really enjoyed reading this.

Excellent work. Very glad you decided to include the deleted scenes. Though I still hold that placing blame dishonors Charlie's choice of tremendous courage, loyalty and love, this is perfectly in character.

This is genuinely one of the most incredible supernatural fics I've ever read. I've watched the entire show through at least three times, and read countless fan fics, but something about this made me feel like I was getting a glimpse into the boys lives like never before. I laughed a lot and almost cried a couple times. Genius insight, and I LOVE your writing style.
