The only HP characters I want popping up are either Bill, Charlie, Fred & George, and/or Luna... Normally I would say Neville but well he's dead. Though After the Fall of Shinra they should recycle what they can to make the Solar Panels and Windmills. Instead of those man made domes Harry could create Magical Barriers but since they would be for such large areas he would probably need the help of Runes.

Oh, maybe Harry can do Renewal Rituals? Mainly just so Cloud could accidentally come across Harry (maybe) dancing naked under the moonlight in the middle of a field. Sure Harry would probably have to do the rituals for decades to actually help the Earth but it would still be awesome. You wouldn't have to go into great detail, just something like feeling energy in the air, hearing some unknown music/sound, seeing a fire, then BAM naked Harry dancing in the middle of a circular pattern... oh maybe Harry's magic is making the circles as he's dancing and he doesn't even know it? Kind of how the magical summoning circles pop up under casters in some animes/games?

I love this so far! While it would be WAY into the future (or maybe not) Lily (and others) made such a big deal of it early but will this please have future mpreg? Magical Conception or something?

Luna would be the best choice.

You said that you want someone from the Harry Potter World to join the story, right? Could I suppose you could use Hedwig or Fawkes? In that case they don't so much have specific roles for speaking or altering character development but they still can lead Harry to the next Focus he needs to follow. I don't know if that would help you all that much but I do feel including one of them would not cause stress on the relationships between the current characters while also still giving potential future focuses after the game is over.

If you’re pairing them with Vincent then my female choices would be Luna, Hermione, or maybe Tonks. For male choices then Remus or Neville.

Though my favourite would be Snape, he’s more likely to be the best for battle and would be a boon if his potion making skills could carry over... though I’m iffy over his possible bad attitude (but maybe he won’t be so bitter without his memory) and how that could mesh well with Vincent.
