I've found this story particularly interesting as it is an insight into the characters of the Foot soldiers as people, rather than faceless cannon fodder (or as is frequently the case in the cartoon series, an unlimited set of identical robots). I always enjoy a story more when villains are complex and ambiguous and demonstrating their very real and difficult situations is very effective at accomplishing this.
Additionally, there is a great attention to detail in the descriptions of ninjutsu training which I find both fascinating and educational. It adds a layer of authenticity to the story as a whole. And of course, the mentions of very real social and criminal issues confronted during the turtles' vigilante work in this story and others, raises general awareness of said problems, which is important.
I look forward to seeing how the less common, spycraft plot will play out with the new undercover agents.

I'm liking this story. Still alot to be revealed but I'm excited for the next chapter. As I'm hoping there will be turtle babies in this story i hope. But cant wait for more. Although in my opinion i think their a little too trusting with the foot ninja girls. Just saying.

Dusty was really worn out by the training with Mikey. She is completely worn out.
