Here are some suggestions for the next chapter:
1 Write about jack recovering.
2 write about how the cons ask Agent Fowler what happened with the bots
3 Write about how Miko and Raf said that they were right to not to worry too much about Jack, because he’s basically an honorary prime, tells about all jack has done, how he’s in charge to the key to vector Sigma, how he’s almost invincible, can almost do anything, how responsible he is, and how he always knows what to do.
4 Write about how jack tells that he’s alright and not to worry,(like how Miko and Raf said) and to worry about Agent Fowler.
5 Write about the cons having conversation about Jack, and all of the things Miko and Raf have said about how Jack is almost invincible, can do anything, being in charge of the key to vector Sigma, his past experiences, his responsibilities, and how he knows what to do.(basically everything Miko and Raf said about Jack). And about how they were impressed by how jack and Fowler escaped, how he cared for Fowler, and how he showed no fear and stud up to Optimus.
6 Write about how the cons conversation about Jack. The cons are so impressed by everything jack has done, saddened because of how he acts like an adult instead of a teen, realizes why he acts like an adult, and realizes that he had missed out on childhood.(And maybe talk about how the Jacks are the opposites)
7 Write about the cons asking about his world and past experiences with the bots, cons, etc.(And jack answers all of them with the help of Miko and Raf, and surprises and impressed the cons) And what happened with the ‘evil’ bots and Fowler, and how they escaped.
8 Write about how Megatron thinks over all the new information form Miko, Raf, and Jack.(but mostly form Miko and Raf) He is impressed and saddened by the new information.

Ps. Sorry for writing so much, just don’t want this story to go dead.( I neeeeed something interesting to read, am I right? ;) )

Also I was u have time could write another story about their counterparts on their dimension where's the Autobots are good guys but I was praying for them since the Jack's counterpart has several mentally illnesses

Um what where the rest? :-(

Okay, this fix started out with a lot of promise, but I’m noticing some issues that are dangerously close to putting this in the ‘bad angst plus super characters’ bin. It’s a good premise, but I have several key issues you might want to consider:
Jack’s Dad. You have him as an abusive SOB, and canon is that he’s ‘gone’. I respect the artistic license, but It makes more sense that Jack’s dad walked out on his family rather than deal with the stress of having a kid. Would contribute to Jack seeing Optimus as a second father figure that he wouldn’t want to disappoint.
This leads into the next point, you’re kinda piling up the bad things happen to jack, and I feel like you’re over doing it. Torture by MECH, abusive Dad, neglectful Autobot Guardians... And here comes the good Decepticons and the good Silas, and they get him to open up with little problems when he won’t even tell the Autobots he trusts? Uh, no.
These Decepticons are used to a mentally troubled Jack, and maybe there’s a psychological overlap, but you’re having them all act like Jack needs an intervention to stay sane. While sometimes an outside party can help, you’re not giving enough reasons for Jack to actually trust them, so him opening up to them feels off and rushed.
On that note, there’s the hyper vigilance I mentioned previously.
Also, it’s not just the good Autobots you’re painting as neglectful, but the normal June. T
June makes every effort to be there for her son, plus between her and agent Fowler who was an army ranger and would know about the dangers of ptsd, Jack would have people to talk to.
Last of all, you’re not moving the plot forward, but repeating the same theme over and over ‘Jack gets hurt, Decepticons worry, Jack ends up spilling his guts to whichever Con gets him first, recovery- oh, whoops, Jack gets hurt.’ Very repetitive, even when you adjust for the difficulty spike.
I would suggest showing how the alternate kids are dealing with the good Autobots, give yourself a new plot to work on.
I really like the story, it has a lot of promise, but you’re close to almost all the bad fanfic cliches.

Hey, you’re missing a huge thing that the good cons and June are- the kids are on the nemesis, a place they’ve only ever been when things have been really really bad.
And a symptom of ptsd is hyper vigilance. Jack can’t stop watching Miko and raf because all his senses are subconsciously registering a hostile environment, even though he’s putting effort into accepting this weird backwards place, he can’t shake the sense of danger just being on the nemesis brings

Next chapter, we find out what happens to the 'opposites'! Ooooohh...

What's Miko going to do, spit and polish his plating? Not much an ordinary human can do against a full-grown Mech.
