I'm reviewing on this super late but I read this and I think it's really awesome so it deserves a review. I like the way you portrayed Claire's relationships with everybody and linked it all in to the movie and provided a backstory to her coldness to add character. This sort of thing would have made a lot more sense in the movie, especially given there was so much fuss made about Claire outrunning a T-Rex in heels.

This is really well done and beautiful. I enjoyed your characterization of Claire and how you tied things nicely to the movie. I feel late to the party discovering your work, but I am dealing with writer's block at the moment

I can't see why they wouldn't have used Rexy's genes. She's there and she is a viable source for material. Much better than trying to extract it however they do.

Loved it! I think it makes the scene with releasing the T-Rex make more sense. It still works with Owen's admonishments in the movie about her treating the animals as objects since she retreated from Rexy after the incident with Brad, too. Characterizations were great, I thought, and well-written. Thanks for sharing! I'll be looking for more of your stuff.

can't wait for more. I love the relationship between Claire/Rexy and Owen and his raptors. hope we get to see his girls reaction to Claire.
