I like to imagine that Sasuke gets more clear as the years go by. If he becomes more corporeal, that would be something too.

I could see it happening. Sasuke dies anywhere not just on the bridge and Naruto slowly killing himself over a promise to the dead. if I believed myself to be responsible I would do it to.
