For example the different série of gundam for ship carrier, space colony, orbital defense and mecha For ideas of bio weapons and ship, crystal weapons and ship, and / or mechanical weapons and ship go see starcraft, Babylone 5 and command&conquer tiberium War 3 ( the other games have also Good ideas and weapons and you can see the units of red alert and tiberium War on Wikipedia ). Also think to use some other series with mecha like Ghost in the Shell, metal gear or other games. And see some games with super soldier or power suit like crysis, iron man, anthem, Batman, halo, zone of the enfers or code geass. With some ideas from strategy game like supreme commander and the droids ideas i think Harry can make a good robot and clones army. I think Harry will love DC comic and Marvel.
