So. Yeah. Asprin, whatever is in tylonal and Ibuprophen - the "extra strength" versions come with cafine, which Reid probably also needs. And they should be taken with "food" even if it is just a few crackers or a slice of bread, or a handful of oatmeal.
The other thing necessary - a locksmith. These guys are smart. They would make sure that following the arrest a locksmith would follow them in and change all of the locks to the apartment.

This is so worse than Hotch thought it would be. At least Jake gave him more of a clue, though. Reid is in a very bad place here. I'm shocked it hasn't effected his ability to work. I guess compartmentalization.
