I love your story. It's witty and funny. Harrys prankster side is hilarious (who doesn't love Fred and George?) and it's nice having a non-traumatized Harry, too.
Snape seems a lot more human, Fowley is a great Addition and the bits of "Slytherin home life" are awesome.

I'm a bit confused about Fowley in this last chapter: were they a child spy all along?! Or is it Barty Crouton Jr who used Polyjuice with an hair of Fowley after their detention?

BTW, how was it possible to use a Portkey INSIDE Hogwarts? Even the grounds are off-limits, if I remember well.
