Note that the things that sucks about chakra usersisthat notall their abilities rise together like ki users. They have to trainin each of these things separately. Tsunade is strong but nit as fast as gai. Kakashi is great at ninjutsu but not good in taijutsu in gai lvl ki users all their perks increase.

Id expect jiraya to have panic attack almost near death for feeling the endless power goku has.

The story is nice. I don't agree with the power levels and Goku smoking weed is weird as hell, but besides that I don't have complains.

You can rewrite the story if you find it necessary, but IMO you only need to change some little things.

I think you should restart. Not because I don't like it, but because you will be able to see how much you have changed as a writer by simply comparing your products side by side.

I believe Frieza's power was 120 million, not 12 million.
That being said, I think my biggest issue was you talking about destroying a Ferrari F12. That is blasphemy and such speak should be banished from history.

reboot, and don't leave goku as an idiot for new terms. he might be an idiot, but not when it comes to understanding terms, otherwise he wouldn't understand migatte in gokui and make a joke out of it, and the word is quite complicated by the way, so yes he understands complicated words, he wouldn't confuse the word "hokage" and he's smart enough to fly a spaceship (he went from yadrat to earth with the gnyu ship)
he has problems with numbers and he gets a medium grade (which is a lot for goku's personality) in the test proposed by vegeta in the champa tournament.

Some tips for you, first thing said above goku is not a complete idiot in non-fight issues, he only has the average knowledge, which is very high for a country man like goku.

After the events of GT, Bilss asks Wiss to release these memories so that Goku can visit Zeno Sama. After that the plot just modifies the chapters of your fic to suit the tips.

And for the technological regress of mankind you can say it was due to a stupid war, or someone whose powers are similar to those of Moro. so the few survivors were remaking the world. and dende survived, being in the hyperbolic time chamber.

and goku's goal could be to restore peace in the world, and create a team of Earth defenders.
