Gabriela Melo chapter 14 . 7/13 Okay, first of all, sorry if the comment looks confusing, but I'm using google translator. So my comment will probably have some errors. Sorry, I wanted my English level to be advanced, but I'm still in the basics. I'm Brazilian, by the way, so you have a foreign reader hahahahah. I spent several days looking for a fanfic about Shin-ah (because he is one of the favorite characters), I found a very low number of fanfics written in my language, so I decided to venture into translating fanfics into English. And by a miracle of the universe, the Google translator translated his story well, with small errors that did not prevent my understanding. You don't know how happy I am to find your fanfic so beautifully written. It seems like it took forever to find a good and complete fanfic of my beautiful Blue Dragon and here I am with a melted heart. I almost died reading your story, I wasn't sure how to imagine a good love story for Shin-ah, but you exceeded any expectations of mine. How can I say? I loved everything about the protagonist and Shin-ah being incredibly wonderful, I can just imagine him being like that in love with someone. Look, I don't even know what to say, I suffered, screamed, and cried. How I needed to read something like that. Feel my heart melting with the sweet moments between the two, with the kindness and sweetness of Shin-ah. Okay, I'm probably even more in love with this man, with God what do I do? Seriously thanks for writing this fanfic, I don't even have words to describe my happiness. I was so afraid that it was incomplete, lucky for me. But I also feel sad that it's over, I wanted to read more and stay within this new reality that you created. How lucky you made bonus chapters. Seriously, just, thanks, you made my day happier, I am immensely grateful. You are a great writer. |
Slucky13 chapter 1 . 6/6 Awwww this was so good. I binged it and I have no regrets. Felt totally canon. Love your writing style |
Lillian Smith chapter 4 . 1/21 I have a bad feeling that the villagers may catch Ae-Sun and something terrible will happen... She'd better be careful. Anyway, I like the fact that you give us a story behind the fur and the whole literate thing. Like I said before, these little details just make it better. I do have some criticisms though... I've been ignoring it for a while because this is quite an old story and I'm sure you must've grown a lot, but it's bugging me a bit: Shin-Ah rarely talks. It took him forever to open up to other in the manga, so I think him talking to Ae-Sun this much was a bit OOC. I don't mind it that much though, however the part where he actually held her hand - it's an adorable scene, but very, very OOC. And his name. Oh come on. Ae-Sun's done all this so far, but I feel only Yona has the honour to name him. I know this is gonna be an AU, but I respect Yona enough to know that she, and only she deserves that honour. No OC, not even Ae-Sun - even though I like Ae-Sun has the right for that. I think I'm feeling too strongly about that. Maybe it's because Yona naming him was such a beautiful moment that this feels like it was stolen from her. I hope you don't take this in a wrong way - like I said, I'm liking this story so far and its very promising. I'll continue reading and reviewing this. |
Lillian Smith chapter 3 . 1/21 I've read this fanfics and so far, it seems quite good. I like the fact that unlike other Shin-Ah/OC fanfics, this has a bit more realism to it. I'm already liking Ae-Sun. I have to comment on the first time she saw his eyes - that moment was so simple and yet so beautifully well written, it actually sent a shiver up my spine. I also like how you mentioned that they were short on food at times; all these little details makes it more realistic, something the most fanfics authors miss out on. The masks too - somehow every fanfic authors forget about that - I mean, I've forgotten too but at least I'd do a bit of research before writing a fic. And the time he rescued her from the earthquake - that whole scene was so adorable and Ae-Sun's scrambled thoughts were so enjoyable to read. |

waffleSchatz chapter 16 . 1/30/2018 I love this fic, and I've actually read it more than once.
