When I saw this story had been updated, I pretty much squealed. I had to re-read everything before checking out the new chapter just to make sure I wouldn't be lost. Man I'm so happy to see you still writing it!

As usual, your writing in this chapter is a delight to read. I must say, you're really good at handling character interactions and dialogue. In this whole story, there are countless moments where characters will have very lengthy conversations that branch into a variety of different topics in one go. Even though not all of them are necessarily important for the plot, the dialogue never feels tiring or boring to read. It's written very organically, like casual conversations you'd expect to see friends making in real life. This is specially great because you're handling SO many side characters all at once(which is usually a nightmare), and still made the chemistry between them all really work through the dialogue.

And all these factors really shine in this chapter. It's such a wild rollercoaster of emotions, interactions and events, all very well tied together without feeling cluttered or exhausting to read. It's so unpredictable too! Judging from Amy's inner conflicts, I had no idea where this chapter would go. She was juggling very realistic, difficult decisions that don't have easy answers, and could very well go either way. I definitely wasn't expecting it to end on such a heartwarming scene(and a kiss!), which also didn't feel out of the blue at all. Everything escalated very organically and there wasn't a single moment that felt forced.

I hope to see more updates from you, I really missed your lovely writing. I really relate to the motivation thing, as I myself only found the energy to update a fanfic recently after... 5 years of gathering dust. Ugh. Hopefully you'll get a hold of your muse again!

Oh wow. I read all of this in like... A little over a week? Maybe? Safe to say, I could barely put it down, honestly. I'd go to bed at 4am because I /had/ to read at least two chapters per day.

I have Many Thoughts after 29 chapters but wow (again)! The plot of this story had me on my toes all the time, an they kissed and are together! Felt like a relief! Being an anxious person, I don't deal with slowburns well but god, was it worth it! I hope the Wilsons will come around for Shadow's sake (I really, really hope so) (also that snake was nasty from the start, I wanted to punch him from the beginning ksjfha).

I recently found this fanfic and I’m in love with how domestic the life is mixture with some conflicts these characters are going through, it’s phenomenal! Amazing work.

I love this! I was so excited when I got the notification that you had uploaded. And whew, this chapter was a rollercoaster of emotions! I was really able to step into the characters' shoes more and see each one of their personal perspectives of everything, and I really didn't like Shadow in this chapter, but I understand why he acted the way he did. I love how everything tied so well together in the end of the chapter (well, began to) and I'm so glad Shadow and Amy are getting closer to working things out as a couple. That final scene was so cute! It was nicer after building up to it with all that hate and anger and everything, the character development with this story is outstanding. I feel like I've really been living the characters' lives with them and it's been a huge, remarkable journey. I hope Amy and Shadow end on the happiest note when this story's finished, considering all the obstacles and hardships they went through together; I can see that it'll definitely pay off. Things are starting to get really good but I can't wait to see what's in store for everyone when the confrontation with Samwell finally occurs. Really looking forward to the next chapter!

I found myself coming back to this story to reread it and all the feelings are flooding me again. I loved this story so much! And while reading through the story, I've realized your advice has helped me a lot in improving as a writer. I've been working on things here and there recently and some of the things you've told me about have really been useful to me when writing. I'm thankful for that! I am in love with story! I told my bestie to read it and she said she can't wait to read it. I personally love this story. It has a good mix of mystery, drama, romance and some of the things seem a little funny but I don't know if I should include comedy... The story is beautiful overall. This by far one of my favorite fanfictions! When I saw there were only 28 chapters I was like "Oh, it must be a quick short story" but then when I reached Chapter 28 and it ended with "Flame" I was downright pissed! I love this story so much! You write like your an author it's amazing! I hope you post soon! You probably won't even see this comment but I really do love your story it's wonderful!
