I realize this story hasn't been updated in almost four years, but I definitely wouldn't mind seeing it continue. Meta-humour, conversational troping, proper distinction of "sex" and "gender," it's all things I quite enjoy.

This is quite interesting and has enlightened me to the process of writing characters. I have a hard time with Character-Euphoria, and I worry that whoever I will write will end up like Rose - a gathering of properties, titles, and traits but never character. Super cool to see this! Love your characterization, voice, and narrative! I really like the thought put into Holly! It's as imaginative as I want to write, though I find myself lacking the imagination to come up with stuff haha. Anyways, this is lovely!

I'm quite disappointed with this chapter because at the heart of it Rose is right.
In the creation of Holly as a character she was stripped of almost everything that makes Harry himself and the main character of the canon story. Is it possible that Original Potter Daughter Holly who was raised by Sirius and helps Neville could be an interesting story to read sure but she wouldn't be a gender flipped Harry. The only story where she could be seen as a gender flipped Harry would be one as shown in chapter three where all the trio have been gender flipped. Without that the story is a Neville is the Boy who lived story with a new original character as the view point.
Then instead of looking into those ideas in an interesting way examining how a female Harry raised by the Dursley's world work she was instead bashed and turned into a strawman character of bad writing.

This is the most interesting and well-put together fanfictions I've read.

I would definitely read a continuation if there was one.

I love this, it's hilarious. The offer the top meta and a bit of fourth wall breaking is amassing, you don't see it much in fanfiction. And the Deadpool reference was perfect. Now my brain is running off with a plot bunny about a Deadpool/Harry Potter crossover.

This is so funny, especially because characters are aware that this is only fanfiction.
