I really liked this. Recovering by helping Coulson cope with his loss was a nice idea! And having Fitz close by seems right. Great job. Kudos!

I read this over three times just because of how amazing this was. I absolutely love Jemma and Coulsons relationship like with Daisy I think he views her as a daughter he just treats them both differently. Daisy I feel kind of as his own blood and Jemma as a sort of step daughter who he loves just as equally as Daisy but just is still learning who Jemma is and how much affection he can show her before she pulls away. Maybe I'm not explaining myself right but anyway it makes sense in my head. Thank you thank you thank you for writing this beautiful work of art. I feel the show has always dismissed how Jemma hurts and deals with everything that has happened to herself and the team so I was really scared once she returned from the monolith they would bring her totally back to normal as if nothing traumatic had happened to her like they have always done. I was so incredibly relieved and excited when Elizabeth and the show runners said they were going to show just how much the monolith and surviving the alien planet had affected her. I can't wait to see the upcoming episodes because as well as the undoubtably stunning performances Elizabeth and Iain are going to give I feel as if showing Jemma being affected by PTSD should have been shown or at the very least mentioned a season ago. I think you captured perfectly what we will be seeing on screen soon with Jemma dealing with everything and the team supporting her. Sorry for my rambling on and on but anyway this writing was just perfection and thank you so much for writing and posting this :)
